With over 20 yachts entered and a fabulous VIP hospitality area right in the heart of the event village, Ondeck entertained nearly 2000 guests in the during Cowes Week in 2008.

Atlantic Adventure & Challenge
Our fleet of Farr 65s have jusr raced their way across the Atlantic in the Ondeck Atlantic Adventure via Cascais, Madeira, Cape Verde and Barbados, and we are now keenly planning for the 2009 Season. The yachts will be returning to the UK in May in the Atlantic Adventure. This trip is from Antigua to Portsmouth via the Azores, and we are currently taking bookings.

Affordable training that gives business leaders the opportunity to develop their Emotional Intelligence (including resistance to stress, the ability to take tough decisions and how to influence change) is something rarely made available to small companies. Integrating emotional and social intelligence practices into executive leadership is now a widely accepted and empirically proven way of driving up business performance.
Individual Leadership Development Programme
Cost Per Executive: £1500.00 + VAT (£500.00 + VAT with Grant)
The Programme will:
The Stages:
STAGE 1: MHS EQ-i™ Leadership Assessment
The completion of an online Self-Assessment that reviews your Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Styles, providing you with a comprehensive Executive Summary, as well as, a Developmental and Coaching Report.
STAGE 2: Feedback & Development
Feedback on a 1:1 basis by an experienced emotional intelligence practitioner and business director, enabling you to gain a greater understanding of your Emotional Intelligence and how this can be applied to your immediate leadership or company challenges. Usually takes around 3-4 hours.
STAGE 3: Follow-Up Coaching
You will have a follow-up session, 6 weeks after feedback, to support incremental developments in your leadership style or traits; allowing you to play to your strengths, address your weaknesses and build a roadmap to achieve future goals. Usually takes 2 hours.
Business Grants
MD's or Directors of companies with less than 250 employees and registered in the South East can benefit from a government subsidy of £1000 towards this programme; you save two thirds of the invoice value. Train to Gain qualifying terms apply.
