An exceptional opportunity to lead the commercial operations in a small fast growing venture backed software company, a global leader in speech data search, analytics and intelligence.

In this role you will define and implement the sales, marketing and channel development strategy to accelerate growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the international sales and marketing teams, defining sales & marketing plans and budgets, and managing performance against them. In this highly innovative environment, you will also be responsible for the NPI/product marketing team to define future product/service plans.

The successful applicant will have:

Experience of successfully running and developing an international sales force and marketing function in a software business environment, with particular experience in channel sales and marketing

A track record of achieving significant sales growth

Experience of working in both small and large organisations, and with system integrators to deliver end customer solutions

Ideally has experience of leading new product introduction

Knowledge of the Customer Contact market and/or Business Intelligence market an advantage.
