Successful candidates will have:

Significant experience of working in a recognised Consultancy firm or advisory practice

Broad experience of the following with a depth of experience in at least two of the following: Culture & People Strategy, Learning & Development, Change & Communication, HR Transformation, Organisation Development

A strong academic background

Evidence of rapid career development.
