Requirements

The successful Business Development Director will have a proven track record of winning high value national sales accounts of multi service £2million + FM contracts

A comprehensive understanding of complex sales and procurement processes

Quality driven and customer focused team player to deliver service excellence

Commercially astute with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Potential to offer succession planning to a growing business

We will consider multi service backgrounds including cleaning, security, catering, support / property services, HVAC and M & E.
