Our client has Oil and Gas operations in 40 countries and have some of the world’s most challenging projects. They have formed a dedicated unit to address the specific infrastructure needs of these operations. The unit will plan, design and build the required infrastructure solutions to meet these needs including.

The Primary role is to identify upgrade or build requirements for all essential infrastructure including roads, rail, airports, ports, harbours and other key aspects of infrastructure.
This lead role will take the project from conception level and work with a range of stakeholders including foreign governments, financial institutions and contractors to successfully complete these infrastructure projects. This individual will have overall responsibility for the execution of the project on time and within budget.

The Requirements:

Degree qualified probably in Civil Engineering

15 – 20 years in an infrastructure background

Experience in oil & gas industry desirable but not essential

Demonstrable, project lead responsibility including for significant $500mn+ work

Developed management and interpersonal skills with the capability to lead a cross functional team

Awareness and sensitivity to multinational exposures and cultures
