Keen to capitalise on significant business opportunities they are looking to appoint a high calibre sales professional to provide the management and strategic direction for an industry leading technical sales team and help drive the business through a period of tremendous change and growth.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a large sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy that will continue to deliver market leading revenue and profitability growth. Key tasks will include reviewing your resources and ensuring that you have the right team, systems and processes in place to drive the business forward.

The Person
A strong team player, you will be a charismatic and inspirational leader with a track record of delivering ambitious revenue and profitability targets within a robust, fast moving sales/service environment. Personal credibility, excellent communication skills and an ability to influence at all levels will be essential.
